Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process and are based on the total weight of your order. All perishable items must be shipped via Next Day Air. When placing an on-line order for perishable items (cheesecake), the order must be placed Monday through Wednesday. These orders will be processed the following business day. For example: An order placed on Tuesday will be processed Wednesday and shipped Next Day Air to arrive on Thursday. Cheesecake orders placed Thursday and Friday will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. If you require a Saturday delivery there will be an additional charge. When placing an on-line order for non-perishable items (mustard jars, salami, gift certificates, hats, tee shirts and/or sweatshirts) orders must be placed before 3pm EST to be processed the same day. If an order is placed after 3pm EST it will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday, all day Friday and on weekends will be shipped the next business day. For example: An order for a gift certificate, salami and mustard is placed at 11am EST on Monday. This order will be shipped whatever method you want (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Fed Ex Ground) on Monday. If the order was placed at 4pm EST on Monday, it would be processed and sent on Tuesday. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only for non-perishable items. If you are interested in a Saturday delivery there will be an additional charge .If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, please indicate that in your order.

Shipments are confined to the Continental USA. No shipments to PR, HI , or Alaska. Stage Deli does not ship to PO boxes. All orders going to a residential address must have someone sign for delivery. Stage Deli will not be responsible for an incorrect address or zip code. If the person sending the order signs a signature release, or if at any time, the recipient has completed a signature release form with Fed Ex, this authorization remains on file and, in either case, the driver may leave the package at the door without a signature. The Stage Deli cannot be liable for lost, spoiled or damaged shipments that request or authorize shipments to be left without proof of signature.
